Bottle: Hand wash only after every use with a mixture of hot water and bicarbonate of soda or washing-up liquid. Caution: Do not use for carrying or storing ice cubes as this may damage the inner liner. Not suitable for carbonated drinks. To minimise bacterial growth, do not use to store warm milk products or baby food. Recommended: To maintain the temperature of your drink for longer, either pre-heat inside of bottle with boiling water or pre-chill with cold water, before emptying and filling with your chosen drink.

SPLIT DELIVERIES & MULTIPLE CONSIGNMENTS

Occasionally, customer's orders may need to be sourced and supplied by multiple Harris Scarfe locations. If this is the case, then your order will arrive at its destination in more than one consignment and possibly with more than one courier company. The multiple shipping charges are not passed onto the customer.

The shipping charge paid at the checkout page of the order will not be exceeded even if multiple deliveries are required.

Returns Information

Eligible Change of Mind Returns may be returned in store for free, or with Australia Post via Return Portal here for a fee of $13.10.

If you order an item online and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you can return it to us by taking the item to your nearest Harris Scarfe store. If you are unable to get to a store, please call customer care on 1300 304 505.
