What is Harris Scarfe's return policy?

We understand that everyone's routine is disrupted at the moment, therefore we are temporarily extending our change of mind period from 28 days of date of purchase to 28 days from re-opening after any closedown period provided that:

  • Items are in their original packaging
  • Items are in a condition suitable for resale
  • You have your tax invoice as Proof of Purchase

All other conditions of the Change of Mind policy remain unchanged

Our Change of Mind Policy is in addition to any rights you may have under a manufacturer's warranty or statute and does not apply to lay-bys, customer orders, mattresses/bases, underwear, swimwear, hosiery, jewellery, quilts or pillows or mattress protection items (mattress protectors, mattress underlays and mattress toppers).

We will refund using your original payment method.

Simply print your reply-paid label and post it to us.

If you cannot print at home, visit a participating post office with your tax invoice & ID and have it printed in-store. Please include your tax invoice with your parcel return.

How do I return an item?

You are welcome to return the item/s to one of our stores with your tax invoice or receipt. Please let the team at the service counter know what has happened and they will assist you from there.

Alternatively you can pack and post the item with a copy of your tax invoice and send your item/s via the post. As this is a Reply Paid address you will not be charged for posting your return to us.

  1. Go to https://return.auspost.com.au/HARRIS_SCARFE to obtain and print your reply-paid label. If you cannot print at home, you can visit a participating post office with your tax invoice & ID and have it printed in-store. See the Australia Post Post Office locator to find your nearest outlet offering Print at Post.
  2. Post your item to us. You can drop your parcel at your nearest street box or Post Office. Please remember to include a copy of your tax invoice or bank statement with your parcel return.
  3. Please allow time for your parcel to reach us and for your refund or replacement to be processed. Refunds may take up to 4 weeks to process.

Are there any items that cannot be returned with Change of Mind?

Our Change of Mind Policy does not apply to lay-bys, customer orders, mattresses/bases, underwear, swimwear, hosiery, jewellery, quilts or pillows or mattress protection items (mattress protectors, mattress underlays and mattress toppers).
