How do I log into my account?

Existing customers can log into their account via the Sign In page, all you need is your email address and password that you entered when you created your account.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password here

If you are a new customer, you can create an online account within the Sign In page, click 'Create an Account' and follow the prompts.

I have forgotten my password. How can I have it reset?

You can reset your password at the Sign In page. Simply enter your email address and click on the link 'Forgot Password'. We'll send you an email within minutes that will prompt you to reset your password. When updating, remember to choose a secure password that only you will know.

I have forgotten the email address I used to create my account?

Please contact our friendly customer service team via the Submit a Request page and we will work to recover the details of your account.

How do I subscribe to your HS Friends newsletters?

You can subscribe to our newsletter on any page of the website. Just go to the bottom of the website page and locate the "Sign Me Up" box. Simply enter your details and you will receive our next newsletter in your mailbox.

How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?

You can unsubscribe from our HS Friends newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link on the bottom of the newsletter emails we send you. By clicking the unsubscribe button, you will be unsubscribed to future Harris Scarfe marketing emails.
