Washing Instructions
Recommend washing this cookware in warm soapy water prior to use, rinse and try thoroughly. Season the nonstick Surface with vegetable oil and remove the excess with an absorbent paper towel. Always use a low to medium heat on nonstick Surfaces to preserve the coating. Preheating the pan before adding food optimizes the cooking result. Never leave empty cookware on a hot burner unattended for a long periods of time, as it may damage the nonstick coating. Do not immerse pots and pans into cold water after use as this may result in irreversible warping. Never use metal scourers or abrasive cleaners on nonstick surfacese Dishwasher safe. If washing by hand, ensure they are washed in soapy water, rinse and dry. completely before storing.

Returns Information

Eligible Change of Mind Returns may be returned in store for free, or with Australia Post via Return Portal here for a fee of $13.10.

If you order an item online and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you can return it to us by taking the item to your nearest Harris Scarfe store. If you are unable to get to a store, please call customer care on 1300 304 505.
