Safety Information
• Do not allow children near the hob and the steamer insert while cooking.
• To avoid injury, always use heat protective gloves and take caution when handling hot cookware.
• This steamer insert should not be used on low-walled cookware such as frypans or skillets. Make sure the minimum height of your casserole is 11 cm (= minimum capacity of 4.9 L). Always use sufficient water, regularly check and add water if needed. The casserole should be at least half full of water (minimum 2.5 L).
• Never use the steamer insert without the silicone base.
• Never allow the cookware to boil dry. This causes the steamer insert to overheat and can cause melting.
• Steam or moisture may escape during the steaming process, but does not affect your cooking performance. Lower the heat to medium level when there is too much steam escaping.
• Warning: hot steam can cause burn injuries. Be careful when handling!
• Never use the steamer insert in an oven.
• Use extra caution when using the steamer on a casserole on a gas-stove. Make sure the flames do not exceed the width of the pot! Never leave your cookware unattended.
Warranty
We offer you 2 years warranty on your GreenPanTM product to cover manufacturing defects and defective material from the purchase date of your product. The guarantee is only valid if you use the product for domestic use and in conformity with the maintenance and user instructions. Defects caused by negligence, misuse and professional use will therefore not be considered manufacturing or material defects. The same applies to the consequences of normal wear and tear (for example, discolouration and scratches).

What is not covered by this warranty:
1. Damage from ordinary wear and tear such as scratches, dents, stains or discolouration to all surfaces or other damage that does not impair the function of the cookware.
2. Damage due to improper handling, overheating, accident, abuse, misuse, fire, flood, theft, acts of God, neglect, corrosion, modification, exposure to extreme temperatures or failure to follow the manufacturer’s use and care instructions.
3. Damage or breakage due to dropping or impact.
4. Use of this product in commercial applications.
5. Minor imperfections or blemishes due to variations in paint, enamel, metals, plastic, silicone, ceramic, stoneware, glass, or textile.
6. Surface damage due to chemical interaction or cleaning agents including but not limited to scouring pads, abrasive cleaners, or automatic dishwashers.

Washing Instructions
Wash in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. For cleaning purposes, the silicone base can easily be removed from the steamer insert when it has cooled down after use and can be refitted afterwards. Never use steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.

SPLIT DELIVERIES & MULTIPLE CONSIGNMENTS

Occasionally, customer's orders may need to be sourced and supplied by multiple Harris Scarfe locations. If this is the case, then your order will arrive at its destination in more than one consignment and possibly with more than one courier company. The multiple shipping charges are not passed onto the customer.

The shipping charge paid at the checkout page of the order will not be exceeded even if multiple deliveries are required.

Returns Information

Eligible Change of Mind Returns may be returned in store for free, or with Australia Post via Return Portal here for a fee of $13.10.

If you order an item online and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you can return it to us by taking the item to your nearest Harris Scarfe store. If you are unable to get to a store, please call customer care on 1300 304 505.
