We recommend using a pot holder or oven glove as the handle may become hot. Do not heat the pan to an excessive temperature, as it will damage the non-stick coating. Do not leave an empty pan on the stovetop once pre-heated. To prevent scratching, use only nylon, silicone or wooden utensils. Never cut food inside the pan, as this will damage the non-stick surface. Ensure cookware has cooled completely before cleaning. Wash pan thoroughly with mild dishwashing detergent and warm water. Never use an abrasive cleaner or pot scourer. Hand wash recommended to prolong the life of the non-stick coating.
