Ingredients

  • 3 litres of your favourite fruit juice
  • 1 1/4 litres of lemonade (you can substitute lemonade with a passionfruit soft drink, if you wish)
  • 1 1/4 litres of ginger ale (you can substitute with ginger beer, if you wish)
  • 410g of your favourite canned fruit salad
  • 1 handful of fresh mint leaves
  • Ice to serve

Method

  1. A couple of hours before preparing, ensure that juice and soft drinks are refrigerated until icy cold
  2. If you are using tinned fruit salad, pop it in the freezer for around an hour before serving
  3. Combine the juice and soft drinks into a punch bowl
  4. Add the fruit and fresh mint before serving
  5. If it's a hot day, top with ice cubes as required

  2. Once watermelon is muddled, add the vodka, fresh basil leaves, lime cordial and ice and stir until bowl is cold

Method

  4. Pop into the fridge and leave for at least an hour until chilled
  5. Before serving, add the sparkling wine
