Washing Instructions
Gentle machine wash at 40 degrees. Use mild detergent free from Optical
Brightening Agents (OBAs). Eucalyptus based detergent such as wool wash
is recommend. Wait until detergent is fully diluted in the water before
putting the item in the washing machine. Avoid using fabric softeners.
Tumble dry towels regularly. Avoid overloading machine and tumble dry no
longer than 20 minutes on low or medium heat. Repeat process for
remaining items. Remove items from the dryer while they are still
slightly damp and hang dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Bleach or
benzoyl peroxide will permanently stain/discolour. Ingredients are known
to be in certain skin and acne treatments.

Occasionally, customer's orders may need to be sourced and supplied by multiple Harris Scarfe locations. If this is the case, then your order will arrive at its destination in more than one consignment and possibly with more than one courier company. The multiple shipping charges are not passed onto the customer.

The shipping charge paid at the checkout page of the order will not be exceeded even if multiple deliveries are required.

Returns Information

Eligible Change of Mind Returns may be returned in store for free, or with Australia Post via Return Portal here for a fee of $13.10.

If you order an item online and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you can return it to us by taking the item to your nearest Harris Scarfe store. If you are unable to get to a store, please call customer care on 1300 304 505.
