Safety Information
Dos:
Preheat your pan at low to medium heat setting (ceramic non-stick = super quick heating).
Add a small amount of oil or butter when preheating.
We recommend using silicone and wood utensils for your coating to last longer.
Use pan protectors to store your cookware, that way you wont damage the non-stick coating.
Clean your cookware after each use, leftover fats can carbonize fast.
In case of a brownish layer (carbonization) gently scrub with a melamine sponge and some plain water.

Dont’s:
Avoid overheating to prevent food or oil from burning and carbonization.
Avoid preheating at high temperatures.
Never let oil/butter smoke or burn.
Avoid Spray oils, always use oil or butter than can withstand high heat (e.g. coconut oil, peanut oil, vegetable oil).
Non-stick cooking sprays should never be used, these sprays contain propellant (typically Lecithin) that causes build-up and can damage the non-stick coating.
Avoid Virgin olive oil as this carbonizes very quickly.
Avoid thermal shocks, allow cookware to cool completely before washing.
Warranty
We warrant that the products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from purchase when used for normal domestic use and in accordance with our use and care recommendations.
Warranty does not cover any defects or damage caused by:

(a) failing to use the product in accordance with our use and care recommendations.
(b) misuse or negligent handling.
(c) accidental damage.
(d) normal wear and tear.
(e) exposure of the product to abnormally corrosive conditions.
(f) consumable items or accessories that by their nature have limited lifespan or require periodic renewal.
(g) freight or any other costs incurred in making a claim.

Washing Instructions
Wash in warm soapy water.
Rinse and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
For cleaning purposes, the silicone base can easily be removed from the steamer insert when it has cooled down after use and can be refitted afterwards.
Never use steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.

Occasionally, customer's orders may need to be sourced and supplied by multiple Harris Scarfe locations. If this is the case, then your order will arrive at its destination in more than one consignment and possibly with more than one courier company. The multiple shipping charges are not passed onto the customer.

The shipping charge paid at the checkout page of the order will not be exceeded even if multiple deliveries are required.

Returns Information

Eligible Change of Mind Returns may be returned in store for free, or with Australia Post via Return Portal here for a fee of $13.10.

If you order an item online and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you can return it to us by taking the item to your nearest Harris Scarfe store. If you are unable to get to a store, please call customer care on 1300 304 505.
