Care & Use Instruction:

Do's:
• Preheat your pan on a low to medium heat setting (ceramic non-stick cookware heats up very quickly).
• Add a small amount of oil or butter when preheating.
• We recommend using silicone or wooden utensils to help your coating last longer.
• Use pan protectors when storing your cookware to avoid damaging the non-stick coating.
• Clean your cookware after each use, as leftover fats can carbonise quickly.
• If a brownish layer (carbonisation) appears, gently scrub with a melamine sponge and plain water.

Don'ts:
• Avoid overheating to prevent food or oil from burning and causing carbonisation.
• Avoid preheating at high temperatures.
• Never allow oil or butter to smoke or burn.
• Avoid spray oils. Always use oils or butter that can withstand high heat (e.g. coconut oil, peanut oil, vegetable oil).
• Non-stick cooking sprays should never be used, as these sprays contain propellants (typically lecithin) that can cause build-up and damage the non-stick coating.
• Avoid virgin olive oil, as it carbonises very quickly.

Split Deliveries & Multiple Consignments

Returns Information

Eligible Change of Mind Returns may be returned in store for free, or with Australia Post via Return Portal here for a fee of $15.70.

If you order an item online and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you can return it to us by taking the item to your nearest Harris Scarfe store. If you are unable to get to a store, please call customer care on 1300 304 505.
