About Miguel Maestre

Hailing from his hometown in Murcia in the South of Spain, Miguel Maestre has spent most of his life working in kitchens all around the world. At the young age of 27, Miguel worked as the head chef of Tony Bilson's Bistro, who was known as the "Godfather of Australian cuisine".
