Never use:
• Directly on a heat source such as a gas burner, electric hob, ceramic hob, grill or barbecue.
• A chipped or partially broken dish.

Precautions for use:
• Avoid sudden temperature changes.
• Do not place hot food on damp or cold surfaces.
• Do not immerse a hot dish in cold water.
• Do not add cold liquid to a hot dish (if necessary, add hot water only).
• Do not put a cold dish under the grill.
• A hot dish or its lid must always be handled with potholders or dry gloves to avoid any risk of burns.
• Do not use sharp utensils.
• Do not use an electric mixer.
• Use in a conventional oven at temperatures above 350°C can damage the glass.
• When using the item under a grill/rotisserie, leave at least 10 cm between the edge of the dish and the heat source.
• In the event of burnt or stuck food, we recommend soaking with soap and water once the dish has cooled.

Split Deliveries & Multiple Consignments

Occasionally, customer's orders may need to be sourced and supplied by multiple Harris Scarfe locations. If this is the case, then your order will arrive at its destination in more than one consignment and possibly with more than one courier company. The multiple shipping charges are not passed onto the customer.

The shipping charge paid at the checkout page of the order will not be exceeded even if multiple deliveries are required.

Returns Information

Eligible Change of Mind Returns may be returned in store for free, or with Australia Post via Return Portal here for a fee of $15.70.

If you order an item online and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you can return it to us by taking the item to your nearest Harris Scarfe store. If you are unable to get to a store, please call customer care on 1300 304 505.
