Refund or Exchange Policy

As part of our commitment to you we go beyond our legal requirements by offering a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase if you simply change your mind. Items must be in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale. Keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

Our change of mind policy does not apply to laybys, customer orders, made to measure, bras, underwear, swimwear, hosiery or quilts.

This returns policy is additional to any rights you may have under a manufacturer's warranty or statute.

Layby Terms and Conditions

  1. $20.00 minimum purchase, non-refundable 10% deposit and $2.20 layby fee.
  2. Payment period is 2 months. Fortnightly payments are required.
  3. Layby will be returned to stock if payment is not completed by finalisation date and any administration and other company costs may be charged and retained by Harris Scarfe Australia Pty Ltd.
  4. No refund or exchange will be given unless legally entitled to a refund or exchange.
  5. Laybys cannot be:
    (a) separated to provide part of contents or opened to supply individual items;
    (b) collected or delivered within 4 days of being placed on layby.
  6. Please advise layby office of any changes of address.
  7. Title to all layby goods is retained by Harris Scarfe Australia Pty Ltd until payment is made in full.
