Change of Mind Policy

At hs we do things a little differently, which is why we offer you a Change of Mind refund policy.

This means that if you simply change your mind, you can return your goods within 28 days of purchase provided that:
- Items are in their original packaging
- Items are in a condition suitable for resale
- You have your tax invoice as Proof of Purchase

Our Change of Mind Policy is in addition to any rights you may have under a manufacturer’s warranty or statute and does not apply to laybys, customer orders, mattresses/bases, underwear, swimwear, hosiery, quilts or pillows or mattress protection items (mattress protectors, mattress underlays and mattress toppers).

We will refund using your original payment method.

 

How to return a purchase

Whether you purchased your item from one of our stores or online, returning is easy! 

If you purchased in-store
- Visit any Harris Scarfe store
- Take your tax invoice as proof of purchase
- If you paid with a card, make sure you have it with you and ensure the card holder is present.

If you purchased online
Return to a store
- Visit any Harris Scarfe store 
- Take your tax invoice as proof of purchase
- Bring the card you paid with online and ensure the card holder is present

Returns by Post
- Simply contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 304 505 during business hours and you will be given our return details
- Send the products back by post using the details provided and be sure to complete the 'Returns Slip' with your reasons for return in the parcel
- We will contact you once we receive your parcel
- Please allow up to 14 business days for your account to be credited or your replacement to be sent out
