Layby Policy

1. $30 minimum purchase, minimum 10% deposit and $3 layby fee applies.
2. Layby period is 8 weeks.
3. Fortnightly payments are required.
4. Layby will be returned to stock if payment is not completed by the scheduled date.
5. A termination fee may be charged and retained by Harris Scarfe Australia Pty Ltd if you cancel your layby.
6. If you cancel your layby a termination fee of 10% of the total original transaction value will be retained by Harris Scarfe.
7. Laybys cannot be separated to provide part of contents or opened to supply individual items.
8. Clearance stock, seasonal items (such as Christmas and Easter merchandise), oddment stock and online sales are excluded from layby.
9. Please advise the store where your layby is held if you have a change of address.
10. Title to all layby goods is retained by Harris Scarfe Australia Pty Ltd until payment is made in full.

We currently accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Diner's Club, American Express, HS Value Plus Silver and HS Value Plus Gold Cards.
We currently do not accept Harris Scarfe Gift Cards online nor do we accept Staff Discounts for online orders.

Phone Orders

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, HS Value Plus and HS Value Plus Gold Cards. We currently do not accept Harris Scarfe Gift Cards for phone orders nor do we accept Staff Discounts for phone orders.
