The catalogue displayed on this site is not limited to any state. This enables HS Phone Orders to operate nationally and provide a large range of product for our customers. The friendly Phone Order facility is available to all customers residing within Australia. Importantly, the phone call is simply the cost of a local call.

Phone Order operators are available:
Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm Eastern Standard Time

How to order
- Print your Shopping List (or have it ready)
- Call our hotline on 1300 304 505 (at the cost of a local call)
- Provide the following information:
  1. Your Customer Number (if you are a regular Phone Order Customer)
  2. Your name, address, postcode and phone number
  3. Delivery address
  4. Catalogue page number, item letter of product and brief description of product
  5. Size, colour and 2nd choice
  6. Your payment method and credit card details
Delivery
We will endeavour to process and dispatch your order within 14 business days from the date of receiving your order.
For the safety and security of your order, we cannot leave parcels without someone accepting delivery unless you have given us special instructions. However, where special instructions are given (eg. leave a parcel on the porch etc.) we are not able to accept responsibility for the security of the package. If you have any special or urgent delivery requirements, please discuss these with our friendly operators.

Delivery Charges
The cost of delivery will vary depending on the size, weight, number of packages and destination of the goods. The Phone Order operator will advise delivery charges at the time of placing the order.

Note: All large and bulky items which are delivered accrue additional freight charges which will be billed by the courier company on delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
At Harris Scarfe, we want you to be happy with what you have ordered. If you are not happy, for any genuine reason, then we will endeavour to resolve the problem. The return address will be included with your order when it is dispatched.

Procedure for Returning Goods
Harris Scarfe accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to merchandise occurring in transit on return. All goods remain the responsibility of the owner until received by Harris Scarfe. Returns take approximately 14 business days to process from the day of receipt of goods by Harris Scarfe (exceptions may occur from time to time). Goods may also be returned to any of our Stores around Australia. Please provide your receipt as proof of purchase and we will do our best to help you.

Returns Policy
The Harris Scarfe Returns Policy is applicable to Phone Order purchases.

Return of non-Faulty Goods
Goods that are not faulty can be returned within 7 days from receipt of goods. You can return any item that has been retained in its original condition (and enables us to resell the item). You will then be eligible for either an exchange or refund on your merchandise. Delivery and handling charges on returns are not refundable.

Exceptions to the Return Policy
Harris Scarfe can not accept the following items for return or exchange unless they are faulty or defective in some way:
CDs, Tapes, Videos, Underwear, Sleepwear, Swimwear, Personal care items, Furniture, Bedding and Soft furnishings.

  • Money Orders
(When sending Money Orders, please confirm with our Operator the address to use.).

Merchandise
We endeavour to supply the goods you order within the timeframes we state. All products advertised in the catalogue are subject to availability.
There are some products that we do not sell via Phone Orders eg. food products such as confectionery and items deemed to be dangerous goods.

Backorder
Various items in our catalogues are able to be placed on Backorder. If we are unable to fulfil your order due to being Out of Stock (where demand exceeds supply) and more stock is available from our suppliers, then we will Backorder to meet your demand.
We make every effort to secure the merchandise from our suppliers in a timely manner. However, some stock is purchased overseas and there may be occasions when there is a delay.

Layby
Purchases of $20 or more can be placed on Layby (excluding food products).
- We require a 10% deposit and $2.20 service fee
- The Layby period for all Merchandise is 2 months
- Once final payment is received we will dispatch your merchandise

Discounts
Harris Scarfe Card holders who also have a Seniors Card will receive a 5% discount. (The Seniors Card must be registered with our Credit Department.)
